getting e17 fonts to look like xfce's

I have been using E17 for a while now, but I am unsatisfied with the fonts. Is there any way to get the Anti-aliasing, Full hinting, and RGB subpixel hinting working via some conf file? Is there one that I can just copy over to .fonts.conf (not seeing one, so I doubt it)?

It looks like it uses XML files to specify it, so it might be a bit difficult.
