How can I change a Metacity theme? I'm using the Clearlooks GTK+ engine in Xfce and I decided to replace xfwm4 with metacity so I can also use the Clearlooks window borders. The problem is, since I don't have Gnome, I can't change it using Gnome's theme manager... So, how can I manually change my Metacity theme? _________________ meow. |

Gtk-chtheme is only going to be able to change your gtk theme, not metacity. |

Metacity stores all it's settings in gconf. Open up gconf-editor and change /apps/metacity/general/theme to whatever theme you want to use (Clearlooks?) |

Just edit it by hand:
Code: | $EDITOR ~/.gconf/apps/metacity/general/%gconf.xml |
