Hello, I have a question about memory compability. My situation is the following:
I have an old box (pII 233Mhz) running as a router/file-printserver etc. I only has 64 Mb sdram 66Mhz and i happen to have 256 Mb sdram 100/133Mhz over. Can i use this in my old box? This is the readout from lspci:

That depends on your BIOS as well. 100MHz should work though. I suggest you put them in and see if they work :-) You won't break them by doing so. |
