Cad Software...

Hi all.

I do some work for an architect near where i live, and he wants a whole new system but in place. He would like Cad software (like AutoCad, or QCad) but something a little more like AutoCad 2005, with 3D Modeling.

Does anyone know of a 3D modeling capable Cad application for Linux, QCad isn't capable of doing it, AutoCad doesn't run on Linux (and it has a hefty price tag to it) and he doesn't want to change to Windows.

If anyone could help with this, it would be appretiated.
