Hi.. I've just managed to install the wireless card via ndiswrapper and a windows INF driver file.
It's a Sparklan WL611g card
Brodacom BCM4306
But still, I can't find my ip..
I've tried:
iwconfig wlan0 ESSID <essid>
ifconfig wlan0 up
and nothing happens. no ip.. no internet on my laptop.
anybody know what I should do to fix this? _________________ - Perfection is delusive, and delusions are perfect. |

Assuming your AP supports DHCP, try running "dhcpcd wlan0". |
