Hi Guys,

I was wondering..

Does a program exist that allows you to adjust your bandwidth utilisation on a per application basis. For example if Im running Bit Torrent I can allocate it xKbs bandwidth, Firefox xKbs and Gaim xKbs, or even easier just allocate Firefox xKbs and the rest adjusts to it so my browsing doesn't crawl and an amount to chat programs so im not really lagged.
Sorry got rambling again

Any help appreciated
Tom
