ive recently gotten it into my head that id like to try my hands on a sparc box... ive begun researching the subject and whatnot but id like to know if any of you have any recommendations for cheap sparc hardware the runs linux rather well (by cheap im talking about something i could pick up off of ebay for a couple of hundred) so that i could get my hands dirty without (completely) emptying my wallet.
any feedback plus pointers to any good sparc hardware info sites would be appreciated...

| I got myself an Ultra 5 on eBay... it runs Gentoo OK, it's not a performance powerhouse, but you will generally get what you pay for. |
