Resizing reiserfs partition

Alright, I want to install windows (booo I know, but I need it to play Civ 4 as my laptop's not up to the task). So I need to resize my reiser partition. Parted says that it supports reiser, but when I use it, it says opening reiser partitions isn't supported! Anyhow, does anyone know how I can go about resizing the partition so I can get windows installed?
