Changed authentication to blowfish, Xscreensaver issues

I just changed my PAM authentication module from pam_unix.so to pam_unix2.so as described here:

Everything is working great now, except for X screensaver locking. When I try to unlock X screensaver my password is rejected. Now, I've checked all my X stuff in /etc/pam.d and all the files, that seem like they should reference pam_unix2.so do. So, does anyone have any idea what is up with X screensaver?

I posted this over in Desktop environments but it didn't get any replies so I'm trying my luck in security.
