Where are the KDE/QT default settings?

Hi!

I've two monitors, a CRT and a DFP running fine with Xorg and nvidia, KDE3.4/QT.
By default KDE/QT will open any window on Screen 1 - where the CRT is connected for Preseantation only.
But I need to open all Windows, the Panel ect. on screen 2(DFP) as default, not Screen 1(crt).
Once set in kcontrol with a user (let's say root) these settings are not globally for all users and I cannot find out where KDE/QT stores these settings.

Any ideas ?
