Hi,
I have to Gentoo PC on the network.
I wish to have a common folder with data and be able to synk the entire folder between PC, so that reguardless of where I work from I still have the data updated. I use kde 3.4.2
How to do so? Is there a synk application (GUI possibly) that would achieve this? Perhaps something that kde already has?
Thank you,
Spiro

So, lets say rsync is what I need.
Could I please have couple of examples so that I get this well?
Here is my scenario:
In PC1 I have /home/user/Docs/Test1
In PC2 I have /home/nic-user/Docs/Test1
Please considering that both PC are not always available on the network simultaneously
I wish to syncronize both PC while I have both PC turned on and am working from PC1
What would I type?
Is there a secure rsync, so I do not pass my password in clear text?
BTY: Any gui application for rsync?
Thank you,
