I think there should be 5 languages as subforums in OTW to enhance the community feeling that the english speaking section has.
Personally I think the languages should be:
French
German
Italian
Spanish
Portugese
This would almost certainly have the effect of breeding an increase of familiarity between gentoo users who are unable to converse in English

I don't think so. Mainly german speaking people hang out on their forum and not on english OTW. They used to have their OTW-threads within the german forum marked with a [OT] in the title.
It seems quite logical to split OTW off the main forum just as the "documentation, tips and tricks" forum. That way they have all their fora in the same spot. |

I dont think you understand what I mean, leave the forum where it is now just have a subforum of OTW that is a german subforum but instead of having a seperate forum there just get it to link to where the forum is now.
