When using ARP poisoning do you have to have ur nix box set to forward IPs in here /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward? Also does anyone know of any good guides...like better ones than on the ettercap website.

arpsoof from the dsniff package may be documented better. ettercap crashes too often to be of any use in my experience.
