I have an old PPro 180. Its was a DEC System of some kind, with an Intel 440BX Motherboard (I Think) It currently has 48 MB of EDO Ram in it. And I Recently found 32 MB of Fastpage ram. Is it safe to mix the 2 types? will there be a performance decrease from using the fastpage?
Also, I'm not entirely sure of the ram I found is in fact 32 MB. its 2 SIMMs
The Chips say NANYA NT511740C0J-60 I search for google and found a pdf spec sheet that says 4X4MB, so I'm *GUESSING* They're 16MB SIMMS but i'm not sure. does anyone know for sure?
Thanks in advance. |
