I am upto the part where I install the kernel-source (I want to install Gentoo-sources).
I have been following the "networkless" installation guide, but as I try emerge gentoo-sources it tries to download it from the net!
As I have checked the latest gentoo-sources I have on the hard disk is 2.6.11, however it is trying to download and install 2.6.13, but I DON"T HAVE INTERNET!!!!! Yet.

I also have tried to get it to use the correct version, but it doesn't work:
emerge gentoo-sources-2.6.11 |

| So how do I use an existing source from the hard drive instead of downloading from the net??? I just want to do a networkless install!!!! Why doesn't the guide work!>?!?!?!! |

try emerge =sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-2.6.11
