Recommended accounting software for calculating bandwidth

I looking for some software that will poll a switch with SNMP to gather how much bandwidth is being used at regular intervals for billing purposes.

I am aware of software like MRTG, but I'm looking for something geared more towards billing a customer based on the amount of traffic per month.

Does any one have any recommendations?

RADIUS accounting might work for you if you switch supports RADIUS or some form of aaa.

It looks like something like http://flavio.sourceforge.net/ or other Net Flow software is probably the best way to go at this point.
