I'm having the wierdest issue when playing flash in firefox I get no sound at all but play the same flash in opera and everything works fine so i can't figure out whats wrong!
How it works with Opera:
I have no idea it just plays the flash no problem
What I have tried so far:
aoss firefox-bin
firefox-bin
Running esound (yes i restarted X)

Guess what no sound in Opera now either  but then i got sound to work in firefox using "aoss firefox"  and then it stoped working agin 
Edit:Kind of solved do the following steps to get sound to work
1) emerge esound
2)rc-update add esound default
3) goto the kde control centers sound system choice and enable the sound system lower auto suspend to 1 second goto harware tab and in the select audio device drop down list choose Enlightend sound daemon
4)reboot |
