Dovresti aprire un bug sul bugzilla di gentoo richiedendo quell'ebuild specifico, qualcuno prima o poi lo scriverà 
oppure potresti abbozzarne uno tu, che potrebbe servire da base per le migliorie di qualcun altro

il problema non è l'ebuild, è il software in questione, il suo sviluppo non è costante, richiede una miriade di software aggiuntivo non documentato e non è stabile
tutti motivi per cui è improbabile che esca un ebuild 'ufficiale' e stabile per questo software, se ne era già parlato a riguardo sul forum internazionale, e se non ricordo male i developers di gentoo avevano deciso di aspettare fino a quando i tempi sarebbero stati + maturi.
