Quando nautilus parte, prende controllo (se non c'è altro) del desktop. Mi servirebbe poterlo fare all'avvio di fluxbox, senza però far spuntare la finestra browser di nautilus. Sapete come fare?

Mi sa che quella opzione fa il contrario, cioè nautilus non prende il controllo del desktop.

penso di aver trovato cio che ti serve ma non sono sicurissimo...
prova con
secondo il man di nautilus dovrebbe fare quanto desideri (ho anche provato sul mio xfce e' se non ho capito male cosa cerchi, dovrebbe funzionare...)

Era proprio quello, mi doveva essere sfuggita quell'opzione 
Adesso resta da trovare un modo per far venire un tasto per i menu di fluxbox sulla barra e sono a posto.

Dato che uso nautilus come file manager, avrei voluto usarlo anche come desktop (facendolo partire in automatico all'avvio di fluxbox, senza che si veda anche una finestra normale). Soo che il menu di fluxbox normalmente si vede solo cliccando col destro sul desktop. Dovrei trovare il modo di metterlo anche sula barra.
