I need to get files from my ipod to my linux box but I can't mount it. I wrote this udev entry for it under 10-local.rules.
BUS="scsi", SYSFS{model}="iPod", KERNEL="sd?3", NAME="%k", SYMLINK="ipod".
However, no ipod file appears in /dev when I boot up the machine.
Here is a link to my dmesg.

Also, this appeared when I ran lsusb so I know that my computer is detecting the ipod. However scsi emulation does not seem to be working becasue there is no file in /dev that I can mount.
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 05ac:1204 Apple Computer, Inc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. _________________ Dosn't mean tha much to me to mean that much to you. |
