kernel&alps toutchpad

Hi, this toutchpad is very strange, old kernel (2.4.10-2.4.32) was saying that it was a ps/2 mouse but it was working fine.
After 2.6 it was not working exept if "USB legacie" is disable in bios (2.6.1-2.6.10)
now after 2.6.11, the toutch pad work but it is crazy, cliking everywhere, double-clik dont work, fast double clik for lock clik dont work and many more.
Ksynaptic & synaptic driver nerver worked for my toutchpad...

Any tips?
If not, where can i get the 2.6.10-gentoo-r* kernel?

Other question, if i take a kernel 2.6.10 and apply all patch exept 2.6.11 set, will it work? if yes how can i do this?
