I'm sorry, but I can't help but laugh. What's folding@home doing to cause that much damage?? _________________ Sysadmin of Ubuntu systems and servers....

rotfl i don't know, but seems like i'm going to stop it everytime i want to play. it isn't that bad since i'm no "power player" _________________ "you never know it, and if you know it, you never believe it" |

glad you got it sorted, But you might find it simpler to stop it from loading at boot

And start and stop it when you want it running via /etc/init.d command. |
