automatically import photos

How can i force gentoo to import photos automatically with gthumb like ubuntu does?

I don't know about "forcing", but wouldn't that be a function of gthumb ?

I think if it's ubutnu it will be gnome-volume-manager. Emerge that, and then you can add any import command you want for when you plug your camera in.
