squid w/ adzapper consuming all of my processor

Hi,

I've been using Squid with Adzapper for many years now, but after one of the recent updates (within the last month) to Squid, it stopped working. Now when I start squid, my load average spikes to 13 or 15 and my computer (naturally) slows to a crawl.

The only differences between my squid configuration and the default are:

1. My cache_dir is 1G instead of 100M in size,
   
2. I'm using AdZapper,
   
3. I added a "localhost" acl to use squid on the same machine it's running on, and
   
4. My visible_hostname is set to my hostname
