hi!

I would like to create a forward e-mail address name.something@domain.org

to

something.outside@yahoo.com

How can I do it through SSH Access on a Gentoo server?

Thank you in advance.

Easyest way is to put .forward file into user's home directory with desired address in it.

AFAIK the .forward file is kind of *NIX standard and every MTA out there should check for it. As every networking client (ftp, wget etc.) program reads users .netrc file.
