Where the gentoo's firewall configuration?

I installed gentoo-1.4rc2 , but I do not know where to configure my firewall ?
Can anybody tell me which file should I configure?

My computer's X server seems to reject all other users to access

create a new file and put your iptables lines there =) there are a lot of tutorials and examples about iptables firewalls in the net. and man pages are also very helpful. goodluck
