Hi,
I was emerging kde ( with the "emerge kde" code ) but the process stopped with the libid-0.5.15 package. The error message is:
Code: | Import error: No module named java_config.
ERROR: net-dns/libidn-0.5.15 failed.
You need to use java_config to set your JVM to a JDK! |
No need to say that I've tried to type java_config in the bash shell but it was useless.
How can I solve this problem?
I do apologize for my English.
Thank you in advance.

Looks like you have java in your use flags but no jvm installed, as any jvm should bring in java-config. Either add a jdk/jre or drop java from your use flags, or if you don't have java in your use flags, file a bug report.

That's a typo, it should be: java-config (hyphen, not underscore).
If you don't have that, then emerge -a java-config should help you out. _________________ "Those who deny freedom to others deserve it not for themselves." - Abraham Lincoln
