Secure Irc Proxy

Anyone know of package or way to setup up irc proxy for server setup @ home.
Lookin for setup for 5 users max. with diff logins / passwords
Only ones i have found all share the same password :/
Also open proxy = baddddd

I use dircproxy as a bnc.
