Well just for fun I've decided to try the 2.5.64 (I read it had better gui responsiveness and such) so I downloaded the kernel and compiled and it boots fine, my only problem is my wireless NIC. It's a DWL-520 that I have working under my 2.4.20 kernel w/ linux-wlan-ng driver. (prism2_pci kernel module). My problem is that the linux-wlan-ng does not compile with the 2.5.64. It complains about linux/modversions.h which I traced down and apparently has been deprecated in this kernel version. I tried hacking a little bit but my kernel skills are very limited and it didn't help. Can somebody maybe help me getting this card working under the 2.5 kernel? Thanks
(P.s. I searched a lot but surprisingly couldn't find _anything_ relevant) |

I've got the -pre14 working with 2.6.0-test9, if it helps you 0_o
The only problem I have is when I use swsusp, beaceuase prism2_pci gives kernel-panics while unloading :/ |
