Sarcheck, Linux Performance Tuning and Kernel Tuning Software
http://www.sarcheck.com/
-----------
SarCheck is a Linux performance analysis and tuning tool that is also available for most Sun Solaris, HP-UX, and AIX systems. It produces recommendations and explanations for tuning the kernel and improving performance, with supporting graphs and tables.

SarCheck makes recommendations, draws graphs, and does things that no other tool does. It looks at CPU, memory, and I/O resources, and also looks at a number of tunable kernel parameters. It does this by analyzing the output of sar, the /proc filesystem, ps, other tools, and reading more information from the kernel. It identifies problem areas and if necessary, recommends changes to the system's tunable parameters and hardware resources. SarCheck translates your system's resource utilization data into a Plain English report and will insert HTML tags into the text if you want to view the output through a browser.
-----------

This is interesting idea by itself, but I got two ideas related to Gentoo.
1. It would be nice to have some documentation considering system measuring and optimization.
2. It would be nice to build up realtime system optimizer for Gentoo!
