Hiya,
I have a t41, kernel 2.6.14 with xfce4. I emerged Wine and it shows up in the appfinder. However, there is no icon next to it, nor does it run. I'm not sure what I should do to get this working.

To run programs in wine, you need to open up a terminal and run: wine /path/to/program
You could make a shortcut to that particular program setting as the command: wine /path/to/program |

Does that mean just the .exe file? What if the program needs to be "installed?"

Then you will first need to try to install it, by running wine setup.exe (or install.exe). |
