Well basically after I finished setting up my Fluxbox WM for transparency according to the little albiet unfinished howto in the gentoo-wiki entitled "Xorg X11 and Transparency". Upon restart of my Window Manager my wallpaper turned black and I get an X-like error box which states,
Code: | fbsetbg: No previous wallpaper recorded for display :0.0
(okay) |
So if having my wallpaper set in "~/.fluxbox/init" is no longer the correct spot, then where is it supposed to go? _________________ Legalize It

False alarm folk's,
I believe I have squashed this one out on my own . Apparently, all I had to do (for all you nOOb's who may be running into the same issue) was simply:
Code: | $ fbsetbg -f /path/to/image.jpeg |
and then in the "~/.fluxbox/startup"
so that the same wallpaper shows up upon reboot ...
So there you go, it feels pretty good solving my own problem whenever I can ... _________________ Legalize It |
