I have a USB Floppy drive that I cant get to work.. Can someone help me please, I am not quite sure I have the right things selected in the kernel, and/or if I need anything else. Can someone point me in the right direction for a walkthrough, or just tell me what I need to do. Thank you.

make sure you have floppy disk support for one, also check usb mass storage is included. Other usb devices work?
After checking to ensure those are all included or as modules check for a /dev/sd* entry, I think that is what it should appear as (if it is like any other usb storage device). Also may be worth looking for /dev/fd* and looking in /dev/usb. Or just watch the dmesg output after plugging it in |
