Share sound card over network

Hello everybody,
I have two PCs in my network and one of these has no sound card.
I was wondering if there is a way to "share" the sound card of the first PC on the network, so that the second PC can use it to output its audio streams.
Any idea ?

You should be able to use something like NAS (Network Audio Sound). It shouldn't be too hard to setup (depending on what programs use you, things that support outputing directly to NAS (or to some other sounds system that can then output to NAS) should be really easy to do).
