New cool VoIP software

Hello all,
there is awesome piece of software for VoIP now - installed it and it JUST WORKS!!!!!!
Direct connection between 2 computers.

It is called IHU

Anyone maybe can write an ebuild (i never did it) and submit it to portage? Would be niiiice!!

The way i see it it's simply a point2point voip application, not one that could be used to access commercial services running sip.
A shame, but i don't see any big audience for it.

I am very interested.. i support the request for an ebuild. I was searching for a linux software that resembled http://www.vitez.it/picophone/ and this one seems to be the solution..

yeah i know it has no support for commercial stuff, but requires no configuration
- it just works hehe
- i've been trying couple clients, like gnomemeeting and they s..ck
this one jujst works hehe

Could someone Admin make a ebuild for this excellent VoIP Program. :?:

Is mutch better for VoIP Communication as other Software. Don't need a Server.

The Encryption in Twinkle don't work allways. And Ekiga don't have Encryption but have Video.

I have ebuild found

ebuild ihu-0.6.0.ebuild digest

Now is IHU 0.6.0 installed.

Works as charm.

With Speex-wide need 5-7 KB/s, if permanent spoken. At Pause if TX Treshold is adjusted is 0 KB/s

Encryption works secure and tiptop.

Could someone Admin include ebuild for this excellent Program in VoIP Overlay.
