After updating dbus i'm not able to mount anything under gnome coz gnome-volume-manager is dead
Code: | gnome-volume-manager: error while loading shared libraries: libdbus-glib-1.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
i already tried downgrading dbus glib and so on nothing helped. the only thing that is different is the name of the missing lib with the newest dbus its libdbus-1.so.1 with an older dbus its libdbus-glib-1.so.2. any ideas what could be wrong? _________________ Move Your Body, Now STOP! revdep-rebuild is your friend, it is not only gnome-volume-manager, which is b0rked:)
and dbus-0.6 is masked _________________ "I knew when an angel whispered into my ear,

Don't use dbus 0.6, it has API changes that knacker up a whole host of programs (well, BMPx anyway). Step back down to 0.5, at least it works! |
