Was looking at random trailers on apple.com/trailers and most of them work, but this one doesn't:
http://movies.apple.com/movies/wb/harry_potter_goblet/harry_potter_goblet_h.480.mov
Now I noticed in mplayer-bin <url> that it used the ffmpeg codec. And tried mplayer-bin -vc -ffmpeg, but if I include that it doesn't find a codec at all. Why isn't it using win32codecs'es quicktime codec to play it? |

well it craps out on ffmpeg's h264 decoder, but when I do - that codec I thought it'd use the win32codecs version instead. Maybe that one only supports qt6 or something.. hm, dunno, in either case it should be possible to use quicktime's qt7 codec. |
