I am using gentoo 1.4_rc3. I installed mozilla 1.2.1, blackdown-jre 1.3.1 and phoenix-cvs. I was playing the extenstions in my phoenix. And somehow I screwed up. I can not start phoenix anymore. When I start phoenix, it give me an error message
Code: |
LoadPlugin: failed to initialize shared library /opt/blackdown-jre-1.3.1/plugin/i386/mozilla/javaplugin_oji.so [/opt/blackdown-jre-1.3.1/plugin/i386/mozilla/javaplugin_oji.so: undefined symbol: __vt_17nsGetServiceByCID]

and there is no window pop up. When I use ps to check, I have run-mozilla.sh and phoenix-bin running there. If I unmerge blackdown-jre, the error message won't show up when I start phoenix, but still no window. I remerged my phoenix-cvd, same problem.
Can anybody give me some suggestion to fix this problem? My mozilla complained about the same error before, but it still can be lauched. Now mozilla don't complain about the error anymore, but I don't have java plugin anymore either even I have javaplugin_oji.so -> /opt/blackdown-jre-1.3.1/plugin/i386/mozilla/javaplugin_oji.so in my /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins.
But my konqueror have java plugin. Strange things.
Thanks. |
