My ROX started crashing when I try to let it "show extra details".. Anybody similar experience or even better, a solution?

I think it happened first after updating gtk+ (to version 2.8.9)..

Got the same issue as well and like you said the problem appeared just after upgrading to gtk+-2.8.9.
Question is: is it rox or gtk the problem?
Investigating the problem..will report if I find any workaround.

Hey, rox 2.4 is out. Maybe this new version will work with the latest gtk

Same problem here.

rox opens up a child process, and exits the parent, so no error message is being logged on console...

luckily, rox 2.4 should solve this... waiting for ebuild.

Fixed in rox 2.4.1 (Dec 30 2005) download ebuild either from bugzilla or just edit your own
