suPHP - loaded but not working

Also laut server-info sieht das so aus:

    suPHP_ConfigPath "/etc/php/apache2-php4/php.ini"

      suPHP_AddHandler x-httpd-php5
      suPHP_AddHandler x-httpd-php4
      suPHP_AddHandler x-httpd-phtml
      suPHP_AddHandler x-suphp-cgi
    </Location>
    <Directory /home/*/public_html>
      suPHP_Engine on
      suPHP_AddHandler x-httpd-php
      suPHP_AddHandler x-httpd-php4
    </Directory>


-DPHP4 ist auskommentiert und mod_php wird nicht geladen wie empfohlen laut Konfigurationsfile. Die Pfade in der suphp.conf stimmen auch - nur wenn ich jetzt eine PHP Datei versuche zu laden, bekomm ich sie nur zum Download - kein Logeintrag im suphp.log oder ähnliches, als würde es gar nicht angesprochen, sollte es aber ...

Ideen?

Hast du nachdem du "-DPHP4" entfernt hast auch "-DSUPHP" hinzugefügt?

Ähm - die Frage klärt sich schon dadruch, das die Infos oben aus /server-info entnommen sind, wäre -DSUPHP nicht da drin, hätte ich mod_suphp.c nicht geladen ....

Schau mal in der /etc/suphp.conf im Abschnitt [handlers]. Ich meine mich erinnern zu können, dort die Pfade angepasst zu haben.
