User-Friendly firewall

Would someone suggest me a user-friendly firewall? That supports the IP table thing. While at it, does anyone know a guide how to set up the IP table thing that even newbies can understand?

I suggest app-admin/bastille, it allows you to setup a good firewall easily and it provides in the interface enough documentation to guide the user through the setup of said firewall.
