Is there anyway of getting both these drivers working at the same time?
I have the IPW2100 running at the minute, but I can't enable Prism54 in the kernel because of it. It craps out with the following error -:
Code: | make[2]: *** No rule to make target `net/ieee80211/ieee80211_module.s', needed by `net/ieee80211/ieee80211_module.o'. Stop. |
I beleive this is because I have the IEEE80211 package emerged for the IPW2100 driver.
Any ideas?

AFAIK you've to use the in kernel ieee80211 and ipw2200. Those in 2.6.14 are old, but 2.6.15 have current versions, so you may just wait some week for stable release or try vanilla rc7, which works perfectly for me. _________________ Adopt an unanswered post
