After my last reinstall i've managed to mess up some file perms. Is there any way to set the correct permissions on all the files on my system (all files that are in stage tarball, all installed apps are correct.) ? I was thinking about a script or something |

If you want to script file permissions outside a users homedirectory, there is no easy way because there is no common permission that 'worls' for all files. |

That depends on which files you mean - AFAIK, there are no files outside of /home and the system files (which you claim are correct). _________________ >>> emerge (3 of 7) mcse/70-293 to /
