I get that error message each time I boot up 
Any way of removing it ? I don't have a cs4232.
Logfile produces :

Did you selected those drivers in your kernel and are they in your /etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.6 (or 2.4 if you are using that kernel  )? If so just remove them.

what's in /etc/modules.d/alsa?
what's in device drivers -> sound -> alsa -> pci devices of your kernel config?
edit: or yeah, /etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.6 too ;p |

And in
/etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.6
All lines are hashed out !
EDIT : Did a temporary workaround by adding

snd-wavefront |
to the ' /etc/hotplug/blacklist ' file which prevents the modules from attempting to load !!!
