i find a solution.
# USE="mmx" emerge avidemux
But I don't see a reason why i should use mmx on my p4. I think ebuild is wrong or something. |

I have the same problem as infecticide but instead of line 80 line 81. The problem is that I can't remerge the installed version of avidemux so it seems to have something to do with other packets. Maybe ffmpeg or something like that.

It doesn't work for me  . The same error still appears. In past I could compile avidemux with aac, mad and mmx without problems. It have to be a lib problem I think.

I've gote the same problems with avidemux and with cinelerra-cvs
about mmx I guess it was a bug, because the the next version compiled successfully
IMHO, packages like these are very fragile about CFLAGS and USE...
also some versions of transcode and ffmpeg failed with mmx flag on.

Try to re-emerge media-libs/libmp4v2. I had the same error and then I tried to emerge avidemux wihtout the "sdl" USE flag and I got the following error.
