I have a P4-M 2GHz laptop. Suddenly the cpu scaling stopped working properly - no matter which governor I choose, the cpu frequency goes to the maximum of 1.6GHz. Manual frequency selection doesn't work either - the 2.00 GHz option is in the menu, but clicking on it only selects 1.6GHz.
