Hi. I have been using adobe acrobat reader 7.0 without any problems fora while. However, this is no longer the case. Anytime i open a file it opens correctly. However, if i hit the little minimize button on the pdf file i am currently viewing inside of acrobat reader, the screen doesn't redraw correctly and the pdf file doesn't get minimized. however, a little black box gets drawn to the screen where the file should minimize to. if after this i hit the little x inside of of acrobat reader to close the pdf file, the whole program terminates.i have no clue whats going on, as this started happening all of a sudden for no reason. i did recently upgrade to kde 3.5, but i can't remember if this was happening before that. has anyone experienced anything like this? any solutions or ideas/tips? thanks.

Hi,
I'm having exactly the same problem in GNOME. Have you solved this?

Problem solved.
Emerge the latest, stable version of gtk+
Code:
emerge =gtk+-2.6.10-r1

This solves the problem but I am now having other problems. My GNOME panel no longer appears and my GNOME theme is not displaying correctly. As you are running KDE you'll probably be OK.
