Package Updates

Where is a good place to request package(build) updates?
I ask because Rox-Filer is not up to date and there are some options in the newest version (cosmetic mostly) that I would really like to get back (lost em when i switched to gentoo) and the normal rox install is kinda goofy and I dont wanna mess up the ebuild system.
