I'm trying to make a shaper for a friend which he'll use in his network. He doesn't know anything about linux operating systems but wants to shape the his internet connection to a couple of PCs. He wants to do it via web interface so, if possible, could you tell me a web-based control system for shapers. Something like the control system of IPCop. He gets his internet connectiong through DHCP and wants to make a VPN server (pptp) on the shaper so that clients connect using VPN connection. He also wants to add users to the VPN server through web interface. In other words he wants to control his system through web interface. I tried webmin but couldn't find how to shape clients' speeds. I would be grateful if anyone tells me what software to use for the web-based control.
Thanks in advance! |
