I am having trouble getting GPG and seahorse (my front end) to install right. I can get both to unzip and all that, but I don't know what goes where. I have used GPG previously with windows. Could someone assist me please? I have previosly consulted the gnupg.org site and all that. If someone could give me a walkthrough (like an idiot guide) I'd be happy. Thanks! |

How exactly are you trying to install them? Both are in Portage, so it should be relatively painless after setting your USE flags as appropriate: Code: | # emerge --ask --verbose gnupg seahorse |

well i had unzipped gnupg first, then unzipped seahorse. The thing is if i type gpg in the command line, it'll let me do my stuff. Problem is: How do I get seahorse to be used, how can I get my old keys to be imported, how do i get thunderbird to get enigmail? |
